When Renee is in Ganning's squad car watching the dash cam video it shows Ganning and the green van he pulled over. Each time the video cuts out or film scene goes from video to Renee back to video the van position keeps changing. First it is far enough away you can see the bumper, then closer to the squad car, then much further away, then close and to the right side, then away and more centered again.
When officer Renee tries to unlock the phone she took from the scene, while at the morgue, she uses the dead man's fingers on the front of the phone. The phone had a rear fingerprint reader so unlocking the phone on the screen is useless.
When Renee accesses the dead suspect's phone and plays the video he took, it begins playing at the portion of the police shootout, rather than when he actually began recording, upon entry into the store.
When Kevin's dead body is found either hanging on, or impaled on the fence about ten to fifteen feet off the guard, firefighters, then lower him by rope on a gurney. He could not have been placed in the gurney until his body was lowered, and laid flat.
The paramedics at the end of the movie have no names, badges or insignia on the uniforms, only a generic 'ambulance' badge on the shoulders.
After the deaths in the convenience store, a black police van with red and white stripes drives past Renee. The van has no ID or unit number, nor 'police', 'forensics,' etc.
When Renee radios her boss to meet her at the old water plant, presumably abandoned, it turns out that Taneesha is living there, yet water is still running through the plant. If it was abandoned, there wouldn't be water running through the plant, while if it is still active, a trespasser would not likely to be living there.
Before shift, the duty officer announces the loss of two more police officers, "Officer Gabe Roberts and Maria Birk," rather than 'Officers Gabe Roberts and Maria Birke,' or prefacing both their names with their titles. Instead, the latter officer is, in effect, not provided credit.
