Emerich Roth, born 1924 in Sevlus, Czechoslovakia, survived five different concentration camps. From Auschwitz to Theresienstadt. In the film he recounts the events from the Nazis' initial harassment of the Jews to how the ideology of hatred and violence resulted in the Holocaust. Today, Emerich Roth works tirelessly against all sorts of violence, oppression and humiliation. He believes we must intervene against neo-Nazi groups spreading their hatred. It is our duty to take a stand against the open violence and hatred. The film is produced by the Swedish National Board of Education and the Society of the Holocaust survivor.
