When Cortez visits Plank in the hospital, he's getting dressed. The button just below the collar button is undone. He pops his cuffs and turns to face her and the shirt is now buttoned. Later, he turns away from Cortez and we can see the shirt is unbuttoned again. Yet, when he turns back to face her again, it's buttoned up.
While Street is looking at the hostages and their captor, the scope has a contradicting set of indicators. In the upper left corner is a status indicator displaying 'Playback: Realtime" well, of course its in real-time, its happening right in front of them. But in the lower right corner is another status, 'RECORDING', this presents the conflict as the upper left is saying its a playback of a recording and not the actual events being recorded as they are actually happening.
During the family hostage situation, Street is using a FLIR Scope to look through a wall, FLIR Scopes can do this, but not through exterior walls made up of solid materials like Stucco or brick. What is not clear is whether Street is looking through the nearby window or not. Another issue is, the scope in the bottom right corner says TFLIR - OFF which would mean FLIR mode is OFF, the scope would not be showing heat signatures rather regular daylight optics.
The FLIR Sight that Street is using is showing a Compass heading ranging from 220 to 260 Degrees in 5 degree increments, however, a missing 2 where heading or bearing 240 should be is not there, it shows just 40. The scale is also misrepresented. 230 jumps to the missing 240 (shown as 40) then back to 245 then 250, resuming the 5 degree increments after a small 10 degree segment.
