Filmed in just 62 hours of on set time. It's the very best Sterling Johnston could do with the limited budget and time. Most of the film is has just one take of each camera shot. They also had to work around thunder storms and bad weather.
Sterling Johnston did try filming this film two times before in 2019 but the production fell apart both times do to scheduling conflicts. Johnston wasn't going to let it happen again so he just keeps chopping the on set time down from 200 hours to just 62 hours to make sure the film was completed this time.
The actors did an amazing job and memorized their lines in record time. They also did an amazing job of acting with only one take. Their parents right beside them the whole way. They had so much fun it's hard to call film acting work.
