Fan Confusion
dave-2331616 November 2019
The people commenting here are so deep that they're confusing the films and Jordan Peterson and the purpose of this site.

While Jordan Peterson may be a 10 in their eyes, the films here are a separate issue. Are they any good? Should people watch them which is the purpose of this site.?

If you are a member of The Cult, of course anything that he says and does is perfect and the films here are therefore perfect. For most people commenting, the films are a 10.

This film is quite good in my opinion but shows Peterson in a very poor light. It deserves a decent rating, because it is a good film, not because Peterson is a nice or worthwhile person or even vaguely rational.

Get it?

LOL.

Different side

I'm a 'follower' of Dr. Peterson, so the content of this documentary was mostly not new. What I really found interesting and enlightening was to see his family and friends in it, it totally gave a new perspective of his life.

Humourless Nut
dave-2331612 November 2019
The reviews of the movies here about Jordan Peterson are full of nines and tens from his adoring fans and create ratings that don't really reflect the quality of the films.

I would say that this is the best film here and is very good. It is tight and to-the-point and shows Peterson as an angry, humorless nut spouting gibberish.

It's comical and probably a bit sad, that the people who have adopted Peterson and who I am going to guess are largely anti education and not well educated themselves, have fallen for this university-educated charlatan, whose every word is mumbo-jumbo and nonsense.

He says what they want to hear and therefore they think it's true.

The most intentionally misunderstood man in the media

I'm a big Jordan Peterson fan. I was very surprised the diligence the film maker took in creating this documentary and following him. I was expecting a total character assassination but it was surprisingly balanced. I thought it could have held him in a better light because I really do feel the underlying message is helping people make good decisions. I think he's more self help guru but his fame comes through his contentious debates with the leftist activists. If you watch his videos on YouTube, you would know how much better the trans activist would do if she just broke ideology and tried his way of thinking for a while. Sad really.

A new perspective on Dr. Peterson and true journalism
kevinjobin19 September 2019
I follow Jordan Peterson since 2016 with the come-up of Bill C-16 legislature and since then, Dr. Peterson has been constantly attacked by some left-wing media and has been intentionally portrayed as a biggot, homophobic, racist nazi figure. This documentary does not follow that path, and instead dives into his personal life and what it is to be Jordan in the day-to-day. We can feel his anxiety, we can sense that he himself does not yet grasp what is happening to him. I love the heartbreaking sentence "I lost Jordan to the World" from Tammy near the end of the film, I think it reflects well what the author tried to expose. Very well done.

Multi-perspective documenting.

After watching this I must say that it is very well documented. It gives insight to different perspectives on Peterson from different people, rather than be supportive of, or against him.

Humourless, Tone Deaf Pinhead
DavoZed29 June 2021
This film more or less perfectly captures Peterson. Tone deaf, utterly humourless, completely devoid of any ability for introspection. Clueless.

Eating only meat and addicted to speed and just about to crash and spend months in a coma in a Russian hospital.

But he has all of the answers for the rest of us.

Make your bed? Dude, you made yours and now you're in a coma.

Laughable.
