When the convict has the bad reaction to the anesthesia, the anesthesiologist appears to tube him. There's no way she could tube him (and she does it very quickly and easily) if he's swollen due to his reaction. And you can see the tube next to his throat instead of inside.
Editor should have used a different camera angle at 23:56. When they intubate Boris the hit-man after an allergic reaction, the laryngoscope and endotracheal tube are clearly seen pressed against Boris's cheek instead of in his mouth.
