After being at the verge of death, Parshuram goes on a mission to find a sacred fish, who, according to religious folklore, could taking to the Moksha, the highest condition in Hinduist tradition. He reaches Allahbad for the Kumbh mela, one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, where he meets Daya, a priest who takes advantage of his credulity. A young bride, whose husband is far, also joins the pilgrimage, with very material motivations. With extraordinary images of the ritual as a background, the developments will surprise all the characters.
