- Several female characters wear revealing clothing, showing curves and/or cleavage. A few male characters are topless and show prominent muscles on their chests and abdominals.
- Some in-game skins for certain characters (I.E: the High Elf skin for Lian) are incredibly revealing and display cleavage (minimally).
- Some Female characters have jiggle physics when walking and running

- No blood/gore, but the entire game is about shooting and killing other players.

- A few uses of "Hell". A few characters' lines involve a censored or "bleeped" usage of "Fuck" or "Shit". One character has several lines that include the word "Ass" ("You're a real badass" and "Can we wrap this up? There's an ass I actually want to spank waiting.")
- Uses of 'Hell' 'Ass' 'Damn' are common; uses of f*** or s*** are bleeped out but still in the game. Players can use mics and say whatever they wish, and it's not uncommon to hear angry players spewing off curses.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- One character has an emote that involves him holding up a mug, swishing it, and taking a sip. The emote is titled "Liquid Courage", and is clearly a joke about alcohol. Another character refers to his bartender in a voice line.
