Elizabeth and Red

Decent episode. The best part was the subplot. You see Elizabeth and Red working side-by-side and Elizabeth calling Red out and Red being fully honest. It's nice to see them reaching the finish line for the mystery behind Red.

The episode's villain was okay. I preferred his methods though over his motivations though. Calling in another arsonist to catch him was an interesting touch.

The girl in the bar

Pretty good episode except the scene in the bar with the girl who goes up to the cook (a priest). No way anyone would ever just invite themselves to sit with him, blurt out her issues, hug and kiss a priest without asking if they minded first. Who does that? Who would ever be so physically familiar with a priest? This is only done to further the story. I hate when shows do this.

C'mon Baby Light My Fire

This episode features a character known as The Cook. He is a skilled arsonist. The gang uses a man who is himself an arsonist who is eligible for parole and wants some support. The Cook uses intricate methods to set fires and kill his victims. Elizabeth asks Reddington to assist her in finding and punishing Tom's killer. Before Tom died he let her know that he knew something. Red admits knowing what that something is but refuses to let her know. Once again she pits herself against one of the worst criminals that have graced this show, and those of us who like revenge can't wait to see him suffer.

Burn Baby Burn

This episode begins with The Cook, he sets a house on fire and leaves. Red has a new case for the task force, The Cook is the new name on The Blacklist. Red and Liz pay Tadashi a visit to find tom his killers. Ressler and Samar found The Cook his headquarters, Ressler got smashed by The Cook. The Cook set his headquarters on fire. Liz, Red and Dembe got attacked by Garvey but they got away in time. Claire got ubducted by Wattles and he covered her in plastic. Wattles threatens to set himself on fire when Ressler and Samar arrived, Tommy Wattles set himself on fire he died instantly. Solid episode of The Blacklist Season 5, this was a really nice episode there was action, drama and a lot of mystery.

Love the show, but in this one Raymond Reddington not knowing that the number 4 is bad luck in some Asian countries? Really? You guys can write better than that.
