When Garrett is going through Amy's basket of remotes, he finds that one is "a straight up calculator." The calculator he holds up is different from the one he then hands her. He then hands her two more calculators from the basket, none of which match the one he initially pulled out.
When Amy is putting the meat into the microwave, Jonah has his hands clasped in front of him. When the camera angle changes, suddenly his arms are folded.
When Dina picks up a chicken leg, in the reaction shot of the other party guests, her right hand can be seen in the bottom of the screen placing it flat on a paper plate held in her left hand. When the shot cuts to her, she is suddenly holding the chicken leg upright with her right hand with no plate in her left.
The exterior shots of Amy's house do not match the interior. On the exterior, there is a window a few feet to the right of the door on an outcropping (that has a door facing Amy's front door, implying that Amy lives in a duplex). The interior living room set is flush with the front door, with no outcropping, and a window set at least ten feet further away from the front door than the exteriors showed.
Amy states that she put the meat on the grill 3 hours before the party but it never cooked because there was nothing in the propane tank. Not only is she bad at grilling basics (not checking that the grill was on before putting meat on it, not checking on/rotating the meat at any point while it was cooking), but 3 hours is far too long to grill some of the types of meat she had on.
When Kelly is telling Jonah how she was invited to PF Chang's with the rest of the staff, she says that Garret asked, "Kelly, you coming?" Garrett actually said, "Kelly, you wanna come?"
After getting out of the bathroom, Dina tells Amy that she's, "Gonna need to borrow some bottoms. Also some tops." Lauren Ash, who plays Dina, is 6 inches taller and 60 pounds heavier than America Ferrera, who plays Amy. Dina regularly makes reference to Amy's diminutive size. She should be well aware Amy's clothes would not fit her.
