Jason's team is sent to Eastern Europe, after an undercover CIA agent was murdered in Ukraine, on the trail of missing weapon grade nuclear material, deteriorating in illegal hands since Soviet times. Ray is ordered by Jason to sit one out, diagnosed in lasting shoulder injury risk by the SEALs' physiotherapist, but fakes a clean bill by the specialist, fearing his family finances, normally handled by his wife, can't do without his risk premium. The team expected to clean up some dirty bomb ingredients, but stumbles upon an actual bomb, which must be evacuated at all cost, Jason's men fighting off a hostile militia whatever it takes.
