Barring some science fiction explanation to expand present-day physics (which is not given), the law of conservation of matter means that in order to continuously produce this large an amount of eggs, the weird space animal needs to be constantly ingesting the same amount of matter, or lose the equivalent amount of body mass. However, this is part of a dream and doesn't have to make sense.
