When Abby is briefing Bishop and Torres about who the the murder weapon is registered to, the shots from in front of her show her hair behind her shoulders, while the shots from behind her show her hair in front of her shoulders.
At approx 12 min. bishop is firing a pistol into the bullet capture tank. She fires 3-4 times but the gun does not cycle. The hammer falls, the gun makes noise but the slide does not go back to load the next round.
When Torres deliberately crashed the SUV and launched his passenger from the vehicle, the windshield can be seen shattering into hundreds of shards of glass. All windshields are made of laminated glass which prevents them from breaking up into shards in an accident.
In the diner scene which opens with Gibbs waiting for Bishop and Torres it opens with Gibbs stirring something in his coffee. It is likely sweeter since it is still black. It was established early in the series that Gibbs only drinks coffee black.
