This is quite interesting. It's an hybrid technique filmed in live action then later animated.
Stories evolves around Japanese urban legends that involves technology artifacts used in everyday routines, mostly what has to do with social media. It is pretty cool and fresh, but plot is not quite original in some points, nothing we haven't seen before in others J-horror movies or animes. But it was very well acted. Shorts usually are better than features, but I would wish more time to develop some explanation and proper closure to stories. Well done, and recommend.
The bad: too short. No so much original in plot. The best: hybrid techniques (live action/animation). Good acted.
