Very few movies touch such sensitive topics and the intention is only to break the stereotypical attitude and not to hurt any sentiments and this one does it very well...!
The only little concern is the dialogue modulation & emotions, which at some places sounded so flat.
A must watch for moviebuffs and Hats off to the director for making such a wonderful piece...!

Pretentious Muslim film made by non-Muslim

Many misrepresentation of Muslim culture.
The film mainly has only 100% evil or 100% good people in the story and it's very manipulating and pretentious at some point. I mean seriously, the main character is the worst kind of mother I could ever imagine. How could she just leave her daughter behind and goes to acting class 'to find her own beauty (her god)'?
Her husband appears as an antagonist, but his character seemed more suitable for being the main character. However, it's quite clear to see the director wanted to victimize the Muslim women for making the sensation, and her husband keeps pushing his wrong view of Muslim. What bugs me the most is that it's clear that director doesn't know any actual Muslim practices and tries to portray them as 'undeveloped culture'. Like why is he praising irresponsible mother just because she is 'beautiful and strong'?
I don't recommend this film to the true Muslim communities. It's simply disrespectful to them and women who are seriously struggling with their domestic violence.
