- With the discovery of its head, the investigation into the murdered 'torso' victim starts to gain ground. However, the team is wary of their new boss who would prefer to pass the case to another department. Joesphine's fight returns as her case become more complex putting her at odds with Edelmann. Judge Roban's reluctance to become involved in Laure's case takes an about turn. Gilou learns more about his girlfriend's financial dependence on her ex.

He informs them that a survey of the IGPN, investigated by Judge Roban, targeted the deceased's team. In another case, the mysterious death of Nicolas, the magistrate discovers that the young man and his roommate were paying off their charms. The trial of Thomas Weber, the son of a famous surgeon, begins.
