After sliding through 242 floors of air duct, Jasper's shirt remains clean.
Season 4's "Up the Stairs!" revealed that a 242-floor stairwell exists, extending from Junk-N-Stuff to the Man Cave below. No one thinks to use it.
The Toddler sweats Captain Man for his sweat but doesn't give him any water to re-hydrate. If he did, Captain would be able to sweat more and complete The Toddler's task sooner.
Schwoz is shot several times with a ray gun powerful enough to damage metal and kill people, yet Schwoz' clothes aren't even the least bit singed.
Thanks to Kid Danger, The Toddler bakes Captain Man at 300°; however, the plastic tube holding him doesn't melt, whereby Captain could free himself.
It appears that Jasper and Charlotte slide through a gradually sloping air duct that runs through 242 floors. That's a lot of wasted duct space. Logically, the duct should run vertically -- but if it did, Charlotte and Jasper's arrival at the bottom would be at a fatal speed. (Besides this, it is a common flaw that air ducts in movies and TV shows are always big enough for people to crawl through.)
