A Close-Up Look At The Life And Times Of Joseph Pulitzer
StrictlyConfidential29 June 2020
Impressively presented by the PBS Network through their "American Masters" series - This is actually quite an interesting and well-researched bio-documentary about powerful, Hungarian-born, newspaper editor and publisher, Joseph Pulitzer (1847-1911).

This informative presentation certainly reveals a lot about the fiercely ambitious drive of workaholic Pulitzer who (once he had established himself in the USA) thought nothing of stepping down hard on the toes of those who chose to defy his all-commanding authority.

If your interested in the hectic world of newspaper publishing as it existed from the late-19th century to the early-20th century, then, this intriguing documentary is certain to appeal to your discerning tastes.
