Continuity

The audience is informed that it is Christmas; however, in multiple scenes throughout the episode, there is an abundance of green leaves still flourishing in multiple establishing shots. Also, it still looks like fall in a scene with John Forstell and Kendra Daynes as foliage is in fall-like change.
When Aaron is talking to the President from the fire location via video call on his phone, he is holding his phone vertically (which would result in black bars on the President's laptop either side of Aaron's image, but the President's view of Aaron is in landscape mode.

Factual errors

While passing crossroads motorcades flank the car with the protected VIP. Furthermore crossroads are blocked by the police when a motorcade arrives. The accident could have never happened like that.
The fire in Shenandoah National Park is supposed to be over a million acres, with another 300,000 expected to burn.... Shenandoah National Park only consists of 311 square miles or about 200,000 acres.
