DARK SHADE CREEK 3: TRAIL TO HELL is the last (to date) of the DARK SHADE CREEK series, which peaked with part two. This one's a letdown, a film which goes all out in attempts to pad out what little storyline exists. Thus the viewer is required to put up with interminable scenes of characters wandering around and generally being very ordinary, which does not make for good entertainment value. The gratuitous bathing and sex scenes are laughable and only in the last ten minutes does something actually happen involving sub BLAIR WITCH PROJECT style antics.
