As Kick is trying to untie Maria, Isabel rushes at her and swings a razor. You can hear the sound of cloth tearing and Kick grabs her upper arm with the opposite hand and continues to put pressure on her arm while fighting with her feet. Then, Kick begin to use both hands to fight, and no injury is apparent. Later in the episode, you can see the tear in her shirt, but she's acting completely uninjured.
The episode opens with a view of Chicago just at sunset. The time onscreen shows as "9:36 pm". Sunset in Chicago is never later than 8:30 pm.
Towards the end of the episode Frank (Chris Noth) says that they are heading south on I-94. I-94 runs east/west, not north/south.
