The bunker scene was shot in the same restaurant as the dinner date. The entire sequence was a process of rotoscoping the lead actor Ryan Sobolski into completely fake, composite environments.

The label on the wine bottle is of a fake wine brand called "Great Blue Buffalo". The slang definition of the term "Great White Buffalo" is often used to refer to the concept of the great love of your life that you let slip away. In Ben's case, this is a reference to what Mikaela meant to him, with the added Easter Egg of the "Blue" in "Great Blue Buffalo" referring to the fact that, in this future, she remains solely as a blue tinted memory hologram.
