Goofs

Earlier Mike tells Harvey that to come back to the firm he wants to fund the clinic for two years and gives it a check for a half million dollars. Now Nathan says he needs a half million to see the trial through since some of their investors pulled out, and acts like Mike's money never existed.

At approximately 26:50 seconds into this episode, during a transition between one scene to another, the camera pans over the New York City skyline. At this point, the World Trade is clearly partly built and under construction.
