When Angela goes missing, the countdown clock for the TV show going live says 2 minutes and 30 seconds remaining. But when she is discovered missing, the countdown clock says 4 minutes.
The movie was clearly shot in summer as you can see obvious fake pumpkins, leaves, and autumn-colored leaf bushes, and yet in the town and especially at Jeff's lake house, there is a lot of beautiful green trees and grass. Furthermore, whole movie at Jeff's house you can hear loud birds singing, and birds don't sing in autumn.
The kids never seem to have to go to school, and the girl filling out housing info says she is starting Emerson University that fall, but it's already October; she should have already been at college.
When the two main characters pull apart from their kiss, some saliva is visible between their mouths.
The story takes place in Vermont, but in one scene Angela and Jeff, walking down the street, pass a storefront that says "Work B.C." which is an employment center in British Columbia. The filming was done in Agassiz, British Columbia.
Not really an error 'per se', but the landscape shot taken over fall foliage doesn't show mountains in the background and almost every scene like that would have the Adirondacks (New York), Green (Vermont) or White (New Hampshire) Mountains in the background.
The sheriff says he's sent the amnesiac's DNA to "Concord," which is actually the capital of New Hampshire. This story is set in a small town in Vermont. The DNA sample would have gone to Montpelier.
