A very promising start.

I found this a thoroughly entertaining, engaging and thought provoking drama. If the rest carries on like this, it's going to be a gripping watch. It's a different slant on terrorism, and also portrays the racism that still sadly exists in the UK and worldwide today.

A different take on the usual terrorist drama, we see the effects of it on a British Pakistani family.

Great production values, and an excellent performance from the incredible and beautiful Archie Panjabi. Great start. 8/10

Episode 1.1

Archie Panjabi stars as London GP Mona Harcourt, married to Guy (Jack Davenport) a political lobbyist. Her brother Kareem working as a doctor for a charity clinic in Pakistan is kidnapped and killed when he was on his way back to the airport to flay back home.

On the same day there is a terrorist incident in London and somehow the two incidents might be linked. Kareem's son Danish is a person of interest to the counter-terrorism police.

An interesting and fast moving opener of a family torn apart and possible betrayal. I do like to think that further episodes explore interesting avenues with a few neat twists.
