I prefer this to the forgetable Mark Pellington version; I sincerely think its fits much better to the spirit of the song (Though it must be noted some of the footage from the alternative video seems was used here, particularly during its final part)
This version has some interesting, evocative imagery, disregard of the somewhat outdated CGI, but I think it doesn't fully explore the whole potential the emotional lyrics had, but it's still an enjoyable watching experience nonetheless.
The song is quite beautiful, actually. One of the most underrated compositions from U2, though the "alternative mix" is barely different to the original.
