- This episode centers on junior high friends. One boy sees his friend's penis is more developed than his (we see a quick closeup of the young teen boy's genitals) and feels inferior. There is also a quick shot of a nude adult male with a small penis getting out of bed. This is all played for comic effect.
- Strong sex references about penis size, masturbation, ejaculation and fingering. These are humorous but somewhat graphic and detailed.
