Black Lightning uses his powers to toss, shock and punch baddies (and cops) in multiple scenes (one of them is thrown into a car with a smoking hole in his chest). The villain, Tobias Whale throws a man into a tank of piranhas (the fish eat the man with quite a lot of blood) and later, he uses a harpoon to pull a henchman (blood is visible).
