Quest for making the worst plot

It was an absolute waste of my time. The plot has nothing to offer. You might think that they are bottom feeders and there is no lofty purpose for the end because it is supposed to be an indie genre. BUT NO, the sense of humor is incredibly cheesy and does not make laugh one bit. It does not entertain, it does not make you think. It does nothing. If you'd like to watch some people making a random movie with good quality cameras, feel free to spend your precious time!

Why the good reviews I have no idea

It makes me wonder if all the reviews yet are from similar dumb college kids, because there's no other way to find this movie funny. It gets 3 stars from me simply because there are some good tunes in there but apart from that there's nothing to this! Comedy is basic and re-hashed, plot is non-existent, performances have little to go on in terms of writing but they don't shine either and the editing was mediocre at best. All in all, a waste of time!

Lots of reviews from people involved in the movie or their friends and relatives. Very juvenile humor that never hits the mark, and the story isn't original. I'm sure some work went into making it, so a couple stars for effort. It certainly won't make stars out of any of the cast.

It's billed as a comedy but it's such a steaming pile that it's laughable. Instead of being funny, it's just sad. I can't even think of more to add, but so far it's too short so I will just ramble on a bit more. Total waste of time and an obviously meager budget!

It stokes my nostalgia for college comedy. The sociology professor was hilarious. And loved that the ending was not the typical rom com ending. And great characters that you love and hate. All with their own unique personalities.

In these so serious n trying times , it's a welcomed relief to escape for 90 mins and enjoy some old fashioned belly laughs.

Bottom Feeders revisits the proven formula of likable characters, humorous and creative plot twists and chance to learn a lesson.

Sit back , chill and don't take everything so seriously. Bottom Feeders is a fun movie and worth the effort..

This movie is absolutely hysterical. If you're looking for a good belly laugh, I highly recommend especially for those people who are in their early to mid twenties and are confused about life lol. It's very funny, relatable, has a great story line and is just overall a great indie film!!

This great indie film is much better than I expected...full of laugh out loud moments!!

Great casting with lots of chemistry between the characters!

The story is fast paced and never lags, keeping your attention right to the unexpected ending.

Definitely a great way to spend 90 minutes after a long hard week! Enjoy!!

Great movie from beginning to end! Very relatable to the angst of being in 20's and demands of being an adult. Love Rochester representing!

More than goofing off

I didn't quite get this movie right from the beginning but it eventually finds its groove. Although it begins seemingly about nothing except a couple of guys goofing off, the second half reveals more depth of story and starts working on pulling everything together. In the end, I enjoyed this movie a whole lot more than I thought I was going to (I loved the sociology professor!) For indie lovers, Bottom Feeders offers a welcome break from its formulaic Hollywood equivalent.

This movie was so much fun. It had a great throw back vibe. American Pie, Kevin Smith films. The kind of movie you can put on and the whole outside world just disappears. I truly enjoyed it!

Bottom Feeders does an incredible job of keeping you laughing throughout the entire film! Job well done to all of the actors, the characters were all so fun to watch and see how each of their stories play out. Definitely worth buying on Amazon! A great film and so awesome it's a local film to home here in Rochester!!
