Connie Francis and Paula Prentiss offer their insights on their film debuts in Where the Boys Were: A Retrospective
tavm21 October 2020
This extra on the Where the Boys Are DVD showcases Connie Francis and Paula Prentiss talking about their film debuts in this very movie. Ms. Francis talks about how she told producer Joe Pasternak she wasn't interested in making movies just recording songs but he managed to wear her down. Ms. Prentiss talks about how sudden her life changed going from Northwestern University to going to Hollywood to make this. She also did the commentary during the movie on the disc. In summary, Where the Boys Were: A Retrospective was an interesting 7-minute doc about these two ladies' remembrances of their first time making a movie.
