A tragic story!

This is one of my favorite episodes of season 2! Ymir is one of the main charactrrs in this season and this episode finally gives us her backstory! Who is she and why can she turn into a titan! Her backstory alaways gets me emotional due to the amazing soundtrack! Animation is also fantastic! Some very memorable shots!

This episode might be confusing on first watch, but as the show progresses and you learn more, you realize how much was hinted at in this episode! Its like a jigsaw puzzle, with only a few pieces revealed at a time! Enough to keep you invested but not enough to figure it all out! Truly masterclass in writing! Isayama knew before anyone else!

Awesome!!!finally we are getting insight in every characters background as the suspense is reaching(or I might just be over expecting)to it's closer.Though I never thought "hannes" had it in him,or what was the ymir's story? Even though everyone have their own agenda for eren.But still it's intense to watch those character struggle those who are honest to their cause,to eren, to scout regiment...music is just fantastic.... And each and every episode is full of new energy or intensity.... Don't miss it people...this might be the only T.V show, with anticipation as much as that of game of thrones....

More insight and revelations

Another great episode as usual. The Reiner/Bertholdt arc continues. Found it interesting that they gave more insight and depth into Ymir's past including her life as a Titan. There were also more revelations about the Titans and their origin. The OST continues to be incredible. They really know how to use it to it's fullest.

Ymir centric episode

Just like I said in my review of the past episode, this mostly has the same narrative as that of season 1 when the episodes go into the forest of the giant trees. This was mostly a sad episode delving into a little bit of Ymir's background, and concludes with an ending that will leave you wanting to see the next episode.

Confusing episode

Ymirs past is revealed and while it's hard to make out what's happening it seems that she came from a different wall outside of wall Maria her backstory all but confirms the theory that titans are humans Ymir also captures Historia which means that she might have a role in the mystery this episode is a good set up for a big battle 8/10.
