The psychology of Reiner and some of the titans
TheFirst014 April 2021
This episode reminded me a lot of episode 17 from season 1 for obvious reasons, it has the same narrative behind it and it takes place in the same setting. This episode explains a lot about what Reiner's motives are and delves into the psychology of him and how some of the titans work at nightfall.

Dialogue episode

Warning: Spoilers
This was another calm before the storm episode but it still had some interesting conversation and great development. Nothing big in terms of revelation. Just more hints and mystery build up. Best scene was definitely Reiner and Eren lashing out at each other. Reiner's split personality is oddly hilarious. Next episode should be intense.

Chasing Perfection
sanadalsalt18 December 2023
This was my least favorite episode of the season so far, but still nearly perfect. I expect the finale to be my favorite episode ever, since the first season's finale was. My favorite characters in this episode were Eren, Reiner, and Ymir. The storyline, dialogue, and pacing were also highlights. I doubt I'll ever find a show better than Attack On Titan, not even Mr. Robot, my original favorite, can compare to this masterpiece.

In conclusion, while this episode might be my least favorite of the season, the overall quality remains exceptionally high, almost reaching perfection. Anticipation for the finale runs high, fueled by the memory of the outstanding first season's conclusion. Eren, Reiner, and Ymir shone as standout characters, and the storyline, dialogue, and pacing added depth to an already compelling narrative. As I reflect on my television journey, it's hard to imagine encountering a show that surpasses the brilliance of Attack On Titan. Even my original favorite, Mr. Robot, pales in comparison to the masterpiece that is unfolding in this anime epic. The stage is set for an unforgettable finale, and my expectations are nothing short of soaring.

9.9/10, Near Perfect
dcdude-269889 October 2023
This was definitely my least favorite episode of this epic season so far, but this episode was still just near-perfect. For right now, I am expecting that the finale of the season will be my favorite episode of all time. Why? Because the finale of the first season was it already. Anyways, my favorite characters in this episode were Eren, Reiner, and Ymir, and my favorite things about this episode were the storyline, the dialogue, and the pacing. I really think that this could be it. I will never see a show better than Attack On Titan ever again. Not even Mr. Robot, my original favorite, is better than this masterpiece show.

Disappointing
shaunryan-3937330 December 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This is the very first aot episode that I haven't liked before this every episode was at minimum enjoyable this episode is by no means terrible in fact its better than most shows around but this episode drops below the high standard set for aot the dialogue is extremely annoying characters stop or are cut off just before something important gets said and Eren acts really naively but that's down to his endless determination 6/10.
