On at least two different occasions, the establishing shots of Charlie's home show a honorable discharge certificate from the "United States Marine Division".
The certificate for honorable discharge from the US Marines has been unchanged for generations, and it refers to the United States Marine Corps, not "Marine Division". There is no "Marine Division". Moreover you are discharged from your branch of service, not your division, so this is a mistake on several levels.
It is hard to imagine why the production would have created a whole new certificate when the original is easily located online and a piece of cake to copy correctly, but they did.
Nice to know Charlie was a Marine, though.

The discharge certificate visible in his home says "Charlie Swift" though that is almost certainly not his name. The DOD would use your full legal name (Charles, probably), middle initial, and also would include the rank at separation.
