- A man slaps a woman in a fit of rage after she puts him down sexually.
- At a protest there is a huge fight and a lot of people beat each other up violently and a man gets pepper sprayed in the eyes.
- A water bottle is shown smeared in thick blood.
- A group of dead bodies are shown in a bed with graphic bloody and gory wounds as well as blood puddles and a man imagines one of the bodies sitting up and talking to him with explicit wounds shown as well as horrible gore and the body is then violently impaled through the neck with a fireplace poker and a blood spurt is shown (very violent and unnerving).
- A woman threatens to shoot a man in the genitals before the top of her head is blown off with blood splattering everywhere and her brains flying towards the ceiling. This scene is very graphic and brutal.
- A man graphically strangles his sister to death as he cries his eyes out: this scene is shown in graphic detail as he begins to choke her and she chokes and cries as saliva and then blood drip from her mouth and her eyes water. This scene is extremely graphic, brutal and heart wrenching.
- The entire scene set in the Tate home is is incredibly graphic, brutal, terrifying, upsetting and violent.
- After the insanely explicit scene the house is shown soaked in blood and a gruesome note is left on the front door in Sharon Tate's blood. This scene is overall INCREDIBLY graphic as the camera doesn't cut away from any violence and an extreme dosage of blood is shown as well as the scene being based on real events, making it a lot more horrific and disturbing than it might have been.

- After the gruesome and flat out explicit scene showing Sharon and her friends and family being murdered pig is smeared in her front door with her own blood, which only adds to the graphic nature of the previous scene.
- A man is stabbed over 100 times by a group of killer clowns in a factory before it cuts to his body in broad daylight with his stomach ripped open, his organs/intestines spilled out, a message written in blood and a massive puddle of blood. This scene is BRUTALLY VIOLENT and INSANELY GRAPHIC as well as the heartbreaking screams of the man only adding to the gruesome stomach churning violence.
- There is an extremely graphically violent and brutal flashback to to the Manson family murders of Sharon Tate and her companions. This scene includes:
- First a man in a car has his hand slashed with some non-graphic blood shown before he is shot in the head offscreen. A couple of seconds later his dead body and bullet wound are shown in graphic bloody detail.
- Next, the Manson family break into the home of Sharon Tate before brutally kicking in her friend's forehead, hanging him in front of everyone, shooting him in the chest with an incredibly graphic and large blood spray before repeatedly stabbing him over and over again with gruesome blood.
- After that, one man tries to escape from the house and he is stabbed three times and shot as he is running away before he is killed offscreen.
- Immediately after that, a woman tries to run but is explicitly and graphically stabbed before being stabbed approximately forty more times offscreen with horrific gurgling noises, blood pooling under a door and blood splashing sounds as she screams over and over again before she is heard saying that she gives up.
- The final part of the scene is Sharon Tate being murdered. As she screams and cries the Manson family tie a noose around her neck before stabbing her in the chest with lots of blood pooling and then subsequently stabbing her in the womb (this is all shown completely onscreen and is INCREDIBLY graphic and horrifying) with a lot of explicit blood shown spraying out and some gore before Charles Manson violently punches her in the womb as she dies.
