A man dressed in a turban and vaguely oriental-looking robe gestures mysteriously, and we are treated to a pair of scissors cutting out paper doilies and paper dolls.
It's a movie of stop-motion animation, with a few added fillips of magical gesturing. The result is somewhere between one of the magical act shorts favored by Melies and Segundo de Chomon, and the early animation of Emile Cohl. Given the obscurity of this piece, the lack of elaboration r corps de ballet, it does not impress.
