An important episode

Aside from the extra-judicial justice from Kono, this episode is the best. Even with the extra-judicial justice it's perfect.

Concern with Kono actions

Producers did a great disservice to police by allowing the character, Kono to take justice into her own hands and broke several laws because she couldn't control her emotions. Additionally they were sanctioned by her superior McGarret due to his lack of responding to her during situation or at least afterwards to take her aside an admonish her for her actions that went beyond legal boundaries.
