For most veterans, the war doesn't stop when the bombs & bullets stop. It begins when they return home. More than 22 veterans commit suicide each day. Elder Heart is an Veteran organization started by a former Green Beret when he realized something needed to be done to counteract veterans returning home from war and taking their own lives. It focuses on community projects to raise awareness for the 22 veteran suicides that happen every day.
