- When there's an explosion at a house the team goes to investigate. They are told it might not be an accident. They find a body but it's too burned to identify. And in the neighboring house a young boy was mortally injured. They at first think it's the guy who's renting the house who was killed but he turns up alive and says someone was interested in taking over his lease. And when the things on the body are his, they look into who wanted him dead. They eventually learn the man is a con man who's being investigated by the Feds. Platt deals with a homeless man who is looking for his missing dog. And she discovers the man might know something about the case Intelligence is investigating.
