Disturbing.

Andrew states that he is a man that always gets what he wants, and he doesn't care about the method he uses to satisfy his desires. Laura reveals to Scotland, in a bid to find out more about Andrew's wife.

The main two shine through here, Froggatt and Gruffudd are terrific here, their individual performances are genuinely so good.

The scene of Andrew in the act was powerful, but horrible, it's genuinely one of the most uncomfortable things I've seen.

Claire Higgins was excellent, even if here character was vile.

Can someone please stop her drinking.

Very good, 8/10.

Episode 4

Laura is determined to unmask Andrew and travels to Edinburgh to find out more about the death of his wife, she uncovers an affair.

However the Williams brothers have decided to go down a dark and uncomfortable path. At the end of the last episode there was little doubt that Andrew was a rapist.

This episode reveals Andrew as a nasty predator as he stalks Detective Harmon who turned down his proposal for a date. It was awkward to watch as Andrew's charming facade is stripped away.

Yet I found the episode uneven, maybe Lauren comes across as too shrill or I just find some of the side plots uninteresting such as the relationship between Lauren's ex with her sister.
