It's a precious heritage of humanity
"Homines Dicti Walser", directed by Swan Bergman with the screenplay by Nadia Guindani, collaborator of the Centre for Walser Studies and Culture of Gressoney. HDW is a project promoted by Fortress of Bard under the supervision of the French photographer and director Yann Arthus-Bertrand and the music by the Israeli composer Armand Amar. This film is a precious testimony of the Walser soul of the Monte Rosa community, between the municipalities of the Gressoney Valley and those of Valsesia. It is a moving mosaic of portraits and emotions with the intention of enhancing and preserving the specific features of a community that has chosen the highlands as its home. We recommend that you see this delicate work, which aims to preserve the cultural heritage of humanity.
