- Adria: [narrating] I know I shouldn't have done this, but a few weeks ago, I drove to a party, had a few drinks and decided to drive home. It was a terrible mistake; cause I got pulled over and the cop gave me a DUI on the spot. I didn't have the money for a lawyer and there was no way I could afford the fines; I even thought I was going to lose my license. I wasn't sure what to do. But then, I had remembered that I had met this really hot attorney a few months ago; he left me his card, I didn't think much of it at the time cause I had a boyfriend. But I knew what I needed to do. So I called him up, to see if he wanted to have drinks.
- Rob: So, how have you been? I haven't seen you since the party.
- Adria: Um, I've been okay. Kinda stressed out about this DUI I recently got.
- Rob: Mmmm. Well, sorry to hear that.
- Adria: Yeah.
- Rob: Did you happen to take a breathalyzer test?
- Adria: Yeah, I did.
- Rob: Well, in the future, you know you can refuse those. Did you admit to drinking any alcohol at all that night?
- Adria: I did tell the cop I did have a few drinks at the party.
- Rob: Hmm. So, they have you confessing to the consumption of alcohol? Am I correct?
- Adria: Yeah, I guess so. Am I in huge trouble?
- Rob: Well, that's tough to say, You wouldn't happen to have the ticket with you by any chance?
- Adria: I think I have it in my purse.
- Rob: That would be great. Hmm. You're at the country court. You have a pretty good judge. He's a pretty fair man. Actually, a really good friend of mine.
- Adria: Do you think you could help me out?
- Adria: I wasen't really looking for a discount.
- Rob: What are you looking for?
- Adria: I'm kinda short on money cause I have student loans and I would really appreciate any help that you could give me. Maybe we could set something up on the side?
- Rob: Hmm. Yeah, I'm listening. What do you have in mind?
- Adria: Well, I know that you have a really stressful job, and I'm sure that I could help elevate some of that stress.
