This is the compelling true story of a boy who endured 10 Nazi concentration camps over 5 horrific years, and grew up to help thousands of at-risk youth. After his liberation from the Dachau camp, Steve Ross came to America, worked his way to earn 3 college degrees and become a youth worker in the inner-city. He helped young people stay in school, stay out of trouble and get good jobs. As an adult, he became a licensed psychologist for the city of Boston, working with kids in need. He was the founder of the iconic New England Holocaust Memorial which stands proudly on Boston's historic Freedom Trail.
