Plot

A man is kidnapped by Doctor Death and given superpowers. But he escapes and meets another man, who also received superpowers. Together they create a team known as the "Super Riders" and battle the organization of Doctor Death.

A new evil organization, more powerful than the one previously fought by the Super Riders, emerges. To save Yingjie Chen's life, Riders 1 and 2 turn him into Super Rider V3, who helps them fight against the organization, beginning his long battle with General Scorpion.
