When Frank gets shot by one of the carjackers, the wound is on his left side below his rib cage. When Nurse Sheila comes to visit him to change the bandage on his gunshot wound, it is now on his right side at the same level below his rib cage.

In the struggle with the four gang members for his car keys and wallet, the driver's side window of the car gets broken with a retractable baton but shortly after when it shows the driver's side of the vehicle the car window is not broken anymore.

Glaring spelling mistake. When Frank is narrating the backstory near the beginning of the film, the camera shows a theater sign proudly boasting a "JUNIOR TALLENT SHOW." The correct spelling should have been "TALENT."

On the card 'Come Celebrate the Life of' which Frank shows to Alma, it says 'Monday, November 8, 2016, 2PM,' which is incorrect. On the tombstone, in the end of the movie, it shows the correct date on which they died: Monday, November 7th, 2016. Apart from the fact that the date on the card is wrong, even if it would have said Tuesday November 8, that could have never been true. The funeral ceremony can't be on the same day or the day after people died. Especially not if people died in a murder.

As Valera exits the diner kitchen after beating up Mr. Shivers, he goes past a door on his left marked WC, which in Europe is the restroom. Usually in the US, it is marked Restroom.

At around the 64th minute, two police officers are dragging a drunk in the police station. He is supposedly speaking and yet his lips aren't moving.

While the film is supposedly set in the US, the freight cars in the rail yard near the warehouse are European, with single-axle bogies, rounded roofs, and buffers at their ends.

Despite the film being set in the United States, it was clearly not filmed there.

This is most obvious when they show the vegetation, the background scenery and especially the buildings. Many of the doors and windows are not what could be used legally in United States. In addition, when the protagonist is shown down in a local rail yard, the tracks are not the type used in North America.

When Frank is behind holding a circular "NO STOPPING" sign (red cross on blue). This sign is only found in Europe and Russia. In the US, stopping is only allowed in order to obey a traffic sign, signal, traffic agent, police officer, or to avoid conflicts with other vehicles. These are the most restrictive of the parking signs. They are typically red on white.

The protagonist is shown to be a wealthy attorney. However, despite this he never seems to consider hiring a private detective to look into the murder of his wife and child. And no reason is given for this.
