This engrossing and informative behind-the-scenes making of documentary covers a lot of neat ground on the making of the film "Better Watch Out." The main subject director Chris Peckover and producer Brian Hambel discuss at length is the key importance of casting the right people in the right roles: Olivia DeJonge gets singled out for extra praise for her willingness to let the filmmakers put real spiders on her face, Levi Miller earns props for his natural talent and ability to do almost anything acting wise, and Ed Oxenbould receives credit for having the difficult task of serving as the movie's moral compass. Moreover, we also find out that the house everything takes place in was an elaborate set built in a studio, the filmmakers averaged twelve shots per day, and how "Home Alone" was a big influence on the story. Recommended viewing for fans of the film.
