At the end of the movie Conner goes to visit the grave site of his recently deceased mother. He is telling her he won't be visiting for a while. This is because he's made a deal with the police to turn himself in. The grave is grass covered and obviously not recently dug. If this scene is consistent with the story line the grave should be recently dug as his mother had just passed away.
(at around 55mn) A supposedly very heavy concrete barrier is moved, but the pickup truck it was loaded on does not budge, and it can't even carry such a load anyways.
During the robbery scene near the end of the movie the truck driven by Stephen Amell hits a road sign. Apparently this was unknown by Stephen as an actual accident. The sign had to be repaired and he did not find out till the premiere in Vancouver that it wasn't planned and was completely surprised.
