At around the 54 minute mark a petrol bomb is launched through the front door engulfing it in flames. However just over a minute later the dog escapes through the same doorway and all the flames and fire surrounding the door have disappeared.
In the end, Raylan stabs the Blind Man in the back, then CLEARLY cuts his throat. Phoenix then runs Raylan through (back to front) with the Blind Man's machete. Phoenix then goes to the Blind Man and the viewer can CLEARLY see his UNMARKED, UNCUT throat. This reversal allows the Blind Man to tell Phoenix not to save him. He then proceeds to bleed out from a stab wound in his stomach, NOT the stab wound in his back (where he in fact was actually stabbed by Raylan). Makes one wonder if he could heal his cut throat and his back wound, why could he not heal his never stabbed (at least never stabbed on camera) stomach wound.
The wrong engine sound is dubbed in for the villain's truck. It's a 2nd-generation Ford Raptor with a relatively small twin-turbo V6, yet the noise given to it is that of a big V8.
