Goofs

Accident Man

Edit

Continuity

When Mike is questioning Milton in Russian massage parlor, he hits him in the face several times. In subsequent shots the towel has blood on it but Milton's face is not hurt at all.
When Mike Fallon meets Charlie Adams on the bus it is a 150 bus which is an Enviro 400 type, but when they sit down upstairs they are clearly on an old Routemaster type bus.
[Around 30:00] At the cemetery, during Mike and Charlie's discussion, Mike drops his cup of coffee on the ground. A few minutes later, as Charlie quits, one can see that the coffee's cup is now at another place.
Around 00:02:50, after Mike kicks the little bench, it first appears in it's upright position, left of the plastic chair, and in the wider scene it's overturned and in front of the chair.

Factual errors

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

In the beginning when the man is hanged he grabs at the rope. There would be marks on his neck from his finger nails indicating he tried to save himself.

There may or may not be, but it doesn't matter. If this submission is about revealing he didn't suicide - he could easily have had too late last thoughts. Or, he might be a chronic nail-biter with no fingernails to scratch. Nail marks could be anything, but it's not a Goof.

Miscellaneous

When young mike is following Ray in flashback story at 49'10 mark he walks past an old rover of the time. But in background is a new Ford Ka2 in drive.

Errors in geography

Milton tells Mike he needs to collect his payment for a hit in Chinatown, near the Odeon Cinema. Anyone with a basic knowledge of central London knows that the only Odeon cinema near Chinatown in Central London is the Odeon Luxe in Leicester Square, and that Chinatown, just one street north, is adorned with hundreds of orange Chinese lanterns several feet in the air. Not the limp, multi-coloured effort strung around the back of an industrial estate as depicted.

Character error

At around 00:35:00, Mike is looking through the police report and the words 'test posotive' can briefly be seen, instead of 'positive'.
