- Russia has arrested the Coast Guard soldiers who were behind the action at Melkøya, Anita Rygg has promised that they will be handed over to Norway, but when one of the soldiers is dead, it becomes more problematic.

The Norwegian VIPs go to a church. The Coast Guard Admiral Reidar Ryengen argues with the Defence Chief Idstad about the men being held by the Russians.
PM Anita Rygh steadies herself in an anteroom for a speech, she is introduced. She sternly rebukes Coast Guard Admiral and publicly supports the authority of the Army Defence Chief. Continuing, she informs everyone she's trying hard to get the six men returned.
Djupvik meets Sidorova at Russian HQ. His Investigator Buan is in Murmansk but is not allowed to interview Lt. Geir Eknes, the leader of the Coast Guard team being held by the Russians. She'll see what see can do.
Buan goes to the Russian gaol but they still won't allow him to see Eknes. Finally he is lead to the basement, Eknes is in a body bag.
Djupvik shows Rygh the corpse photo. They decide to keep it quiet for now.
Hilde Djupvik attends a seminar, the lawyers discuss Rights.
Another Coast Guard prisoner is allowed to talk. The cop wonders who ordered the mission, the sailor doesn't know, they just followed orders.
Berg plays his video game, then makes a press statement revealing Lt. Eknes is dead. Rygh is forced to hold her own presser and says Eknes died of gunshot wounds. Later, she meets Sidorova who tells her they kept Eknes' death quiet to protect Rygh from the Norwegian military, who are in "open revolt" . Sidorova says she cannot release the other five until Rygh brings a better offer in return.
Hilde has a job interview, she offers ideas for improving individual Russian rights in Norway. At home she finds Hans Martin playing the combat video game, he says it is work-related. He gets a call from someone saying he can log on to Colonel Vold's server. In an office several detectives play the combat game.
Jesper Berg has a jog, the TV News reports the Coast Guard has blocked Oslo harbor. Coast Guard Admiral Ryengen is interviewed, he says the sailors have acted on their own to protest the 23 days their men have been held by Russia. Berg asks another man if more Armed Forces revolt will the Government fall?
In the game Berg meets his contact to plan an op. In the office the gamers hear Norwegian chatter in the game and call Djupvik. In another room he watches the game with senior staff. Their gamer spy is killed off but they have the recording of two men planning an attack on Russians in Oslo.
Grannie mother-in-law comes to visit Bente Norum and her family. Later Bente drives through a checkpoint, she manages an elegant hotel restaurant for Russians. Another woman offers her partnership in another place, saying many more wealthy Russians are coming to Norway.
A man in army uniform is stopped at the checkpoint, the vehicle has explosives and was going to Bente's hotel. Bo and Djupvik have the driver in custody, he appears to be a fake, the incident meant just to make people nervous.
Bente greets her Russian boyfriend Nikolaj with kisses in her office. They share a wine, which turns into a Russian office party. Minnikov, a VIP guest, comes to join in. Nikolaj invites Bente to Russia for Christmas break.
Hilde works away at home on her proposal for Russian legal protection.
The next day Hilde is with PM Rygh and a delegation presenting the proposal to Sidorova. The Norwegians offer one spot for a Russian lay judge on tribunals involving Russians. Anita Rygh then offers to hold a trial for the CoastGuard men in Norway with the Russian judge participating.
Bente meets a wine importer. The woman is actually an agent and wants Bente to copy Minnikov's phone, she gives a smartphone loaded with the copy app. Bente hesitates, the woman says Minnikov ordered the hit on her husband Thomas, she leaves the phone.
Minnikov and Sivadorova take a walk in a cemetery, they discuss which PM to back, Berg or Rygh ? The ambassador thinks they can groom Anita for their purposes.
Djupvik shows Rygh the video game recording and says they think Free Norway is using the game to communicate, she doesn't recognize the disguised voices. He thinks it is Jesper Berg. She changes the subject.
Bente has a home dinner with her in-laws. She says she is buying into a hotel, with a Russian. They don't like her doing business with the Russians, things get tense, the elders pack to leave.
Rygh meets Ryengen. He is being fired but she offers him the role of welcoming the five Coast Guard men home.
Hilde tells Hans Martin she has a new job as Special Advisor to the Justice Department. He knew already and has flowers. He congratulates her plan.
Anita Rygh meets with General Idstad, she needs a Defence Minister and will select Ryengen, as he will owe her. Idstad is disappointed.
The Coast Guard men are flown home to Norway.
Lt. Eknes' brother Johnny is deep in thought, troubled. He records a video message. Rygh later watches the video with Djupvik. Johnny Eknes blames Jesper Berg for his brother's death, Djupvik says they have enough to arrest Berg.
In Berg's lakeside Chateau he gets a coded text message and leaves his Shadow Cabinet. With police sirens approaching he slips off to the water and swims into the darkness.
