- No graphic nudity is shown. A man and woman have sex in a boat, both of them fully clothed.

- Strong bloody violence. Torture and abuse is one of the common themes. One character is hooked up to a device and loses three of his fingers. Said character also had a crucifix burnt onto his back, and has permanent scars on his back. Another character is sentenced to death by a drill to the head.
- A man is seen beaten badly. His face and eyes are swelled and bleeding. Another man proceeds to slit his throat with a knife. Blood is seen gushing out until he dies.
- Several men and made to kneel down inforn of a pastor. One of them takes out a knife and slashes another man when he tries to stop him. He is later pierced with several spears by the bystanding guards and stand impaled until he dies.
- A boy is bound to wooden plank. All is limbs and head are fastened with clamps. Another older man proceed to drill his head to "purify" him. The actual drilling happens offscreen. But we see the drilled head of the boy with all the gory details clearly as the man proceeeds to place a piece of cloth in the fresh bloody cavity.
- Several men are shot with a shotgun and the bullet wounds are shown with graphic details.
- A man pulls out a lamb as a sheep gives birth. The lamb is shown to be underdeveloped as its neck and other parts are bleeding profusely. It is put into a bucket where it bleets until it dies.
- A restrained man frees himself and kicks one of the repressors in the knee. His leg is show breaking by the knee very clearly. He then attacks the another repressor with a spear. The spear enters the side of his face and come out from the cheek on the opposite side.
- Several men are stabbed with knives in abdomen and neck throughout the movie. All shown very graphically.
- Rabbit is shown being decapitated.

Violence & Gore
- A man is hit on the head with a hammer by a deranged creature. The creature then ties him on a big meat grinder to make a pulp out of him. He loses 3 fingers very graphically before freeing himself and proceeding to put a hook in the creature's mouth. The hook is then tightened, ripping his face off and eventually killing him.
- A man rips the baby out of his daughter's womb. Although the actual action happens offscreen, the corpse of the daughter with her abdomen torn open is seen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The movie includes themes of torture, disturbing imagery, disturbing religious imagery, murder, heresy, stabbing, and a scene of the aftermath of someone killing a pregnant woman. Many of the scenes may be intense in terms of violence.
